1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 8100 website and app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 8100 platform. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact 8100 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (i) using the platform for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities; (ii) creating multiple accounts; (iii) using automated software or bots to access the platform; (iv) sharing their account with any other party; and (v) taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the 8100 platform.
8100 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security or compliance concern. In the event of a suspension, any valid balance in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable internal procedures. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
3. Platform Usage Rules
The 8100 platform provides sports betting, online casino, slots, and entertainment-related gaming services for adult users. All users must access and use the platform in accordance with the following rules:
- The platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted.
- Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds inconsistencies is strictly prohibited and may result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 8100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. No foreign currency conversion is required.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are subject to verification before being credited to your account. 8100 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 8100 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
In compliance with anti-money laundering procedures, users may be required to submit identity verification documents before certain transactions can be processed. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the transaction being placed on hold.

Applicable Law
